I was initially pleased with my booking at this hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, which I appreciated. However, the experience took a turn for the worse the next morning. When my spouse and I went downstairs for breakfast, I was completely humiliated. The quality of the breakfast was appalling: the eggs, sausage patties, biscuits, and pancakes were all hard and inedible. It was an incredibly disappointing way to start the day, and unfortunately, it soured our overall experience. I will not be booking this hotel again in the future.

Friendly desk clerk at late night check-in. Informed us that breakfast ended at 9:30 am. Quiet room with very comfortable beds. Nice bathroom Nice location just of highway for visiting the Johnson Space Center Fantastic breakfast with pancakes, biscuits, eggs, sausage, bacon, pastries, yogurt, cereal, Juice/Coffee/Tea. There is no push to move you out of the eating area after they close.

Everything! We were looking for a hotel close to our residence because Hurricane Beryl just came through on Monday the 8th of July. We had stayed in Kemah because there were none available close to the house right after. I found out through the staff that they had just got power restored themselves! The staff was so friendly and accommodating! We also loved the continental breakfast! The room, service, and housekeeping were wonderful!!

The front desk staff was amazing. Michelle and the man up front (I didn’t get his name, he was a cool cat!!) both were awesome! Will definitely return. I enjoyed my stay with my boyfriend.

Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location was perfect as it was only a 30 minute drive to our final destination of Galveston and our Carnival cruise. We were coming from San Antonio and didn't want to risk the drive on a Sunday without a stopover in case the traffic was bad. So we drove on Saturday to get as close as we could and still stay close to the main highway to Galveston after a stopover at the hotel.

I enjoyed the spacious queen suite that accommodated my family. The location of the hotel was secluded and ideal.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! The staff was beyond accommodating given my complicated booking times. Amenities and friendliness were never in short supply! Georgette was a phenomenal help and elevated me and my girlfriends’ experience tenfold!

We love staying at Holiday Inn Express. We have stayed at this particular one before and loved it so much we returned. The staff are friendly, the room is a good size and the beds are comfortable.
